How Your Satisfaction Guarantee Works

1. Your right to a new course – no ifs, no buts
If the course isn’t what you expected, you’re entitled to switch to a completely new course – at full value, with no deductions. Whether it’s a group course or one-on-one, it’s your call.

Want to switch? Just let us know – at least 24 hours before your second lesson (or before the third lesson for group courses).

3. We’ll set up your new course
We’ll find a new course for you with a different teacher and get started as quickly as possible: Private and corporate online courses: max. 1 month wait. Online group courses & all on-site courses: max. 6 weeks wait. Easy, risk-free, and fully focused on your learning success – because that’s what matters most to us!

What if I realize later that I’m not satisfied?

If you let us know at least 24 hours before the second lesson (or before the third lesson for group courses), you can switch to a completely new course as described above. Of course, you can also tell us later on during the course if something doesn’t feel right. If you run into issues or want to make changes, we encourage you to talk to your teacher directly – they’ll do their best to accommodate your needs.

You can also reach out to our school office at any time during the course.
If your request can’t be fulfilled within the original course setup, you’re welcome to switch to a different course, and any unused lessons will be credited to you. Please note: switching mid-course may incur a rebooking fee.

Can I use the satisfaction guarantee more than once?

Yes! You can make up to two course changes per booking under the satisfaction guarantee.

Can I take a trial lesson?

Yes, trial lessons are available – but honestly, thanks to our satisfaction guarantee, you might not even need one. If you’re not 100% happy, you can switch courses by the 2nd lesson (or 3rd in group courses) – at no extra cost. That way, you’re guaranteed the right teacher and the right course.

What if the school can’t organize a new course within the timeframe?

If we’re unable to offer a new course within the guaranteed time, you have two options:

• Get a full refund of your course fee, or
• Give us a bit more time to find the right course for you.

Our goal is to give you the best possible learning experience – no risk, no compromise.

What if the new course also doesn’t meet my expectations?

If you’re still not satisfied, you can use the guarantee one more time and request a second course change. After the second change, the satisfaction guarantee no longer applies.

Can I get a refund instead of switching courses?

No – once a course has started, a refund is not possible, unless we’re unable to organize a suitable alternative. In exceptional cases, a partial refund in the form of a voucher may be offered.
