What is the deadline for claiming the satisfaction guarantee?
Please make sure to contact us in time so we can coordinate with your teacher:
• For private courses: at least 24 hours before the second lesson
• For group courses: at least 24 hours before the third lesson
• For intensive courses (daily): at least 12 hours in advance
If your next lesson is on a Monday: please let us know by Friday at 12:00pm.

What if I realize later that I’m not satisfied?
Our goal is simple: We want you to be satisfied and to make real progress in your language learning.
So if you notice during the course that something doesn’t feel right, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Ideally, start by talking directly with your teacher – they appreciate your feedback and will do their best to accommodate your needs.
If that’s not enough or you prefer to speak with us directly, our school office is always here for you. Together, we’ll find a solution.
You can also switch to another course during an ongoing one. Any unused lessons will be credited to your new course. Please note: switching mid-course may incur a rebooking fee.

Can I use the satisfaction guarantee more than once?
Yes! You can make up to two course changes per booking under the satisfaction guarantee.
Can I take a trial lesson?
Yes, trial lessons are available – but honestly, thanks to our satisfaction guarantee, you might not even need one. If you’re not 100% happy, you can switch courses by the 2nd lesson (or 3rd in group courses) – at no extra cost. That way, you’re guaranteed the right teacher and the right course.

How long does it take until a new course is organised for me?
After you notify us in writing that you would like a new course, we have up to six weeks to organise a suitable replacement for you. A suitable course may differ in course days or course times, but it will always match the same or a very similar level.
This guarantee ensures that you can start with full peace of mind – knowing that we will arrange the best possible learning experience for you, without risk and without compromise.
What if the school can’t organize a new course within the timeframe?
If we are unable to offer you a new course within six weeks of your notification, you have two options:
• You can request a full refund of the course fee, or
• You can give us a bit more time to find a suitable course for you.
This guarantee is our way of ensuring that you always enjoy the best possible learning experience with us – without risk and without compromise.
What if the new course also doesn’t meet my expectations?
If you’re still not satisfied, you can use the guarantee one more time and request a second course change. After the second change, the satisfaction guarantee no longer applies.
Can I get a refund instead of switching courses?
No – once a course has started, a refund is not possible, unless we’re unable to organize a suitable alternative. In exceptional cases, a partial refund in the form of a voucher may be offered.
