Sprachschule Schneider is a warm and friendly school, with all the focus and attention given to students. No matter what their specific needs are, students are at the heart of this school and everyone, from the admin staff to the teachers are always ready to help. Small classes means that everyone participates in every lesson and gets the opportunity to speak their newly chosen language, as well as to ask questions and get further support with any homework challenges. I recommend this institution to anyone seeking to further their language skills.

The enrolment fee is included in the one-to-one booking examples. Learning materials can be bought separately. We agree the scope and terms of a requested group course in your offer.
Can I book a trial lesson?
Our course advisers help you find a suitable date. A one-to-one trial lesson lasts 45 minutes and costs CHF 50 online or CHF 100 on site. We credit the full amount towards a subsequent booking of at least 10 lessons, making the trial lesson free.
How do I book my Chinese course?
Choose your course in the online shop and book without a prior enquiry. You receive confirmation by email; course-start details follow separately. If you do not know your level, use our placement advice.
Can I pay in instalments?
You can pay in instalments through HeyLight. We cover the financing costs. The available instalments depend on the amount and are shown at checkout.
Can I pay by invoice or use a company billing address?
Payment by invoice is available from CHF 1,200. For smaller amounts, contact us before booking if you need an invoice for your employer. You can enter a separate company billing address during checkout; it does not automatically change the payment method.
Organisation and reassurance
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Tell your teacher as early as possible. The agreed deadlines apply to changes and cancellations. Deadlines and conditions.
Can I reschedule a one-to-one lesson?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. For Monday lessons, notify your teacher by 6pm on the preceding Friday. Ask your teacher to confirm receipt. Later cancellations are charged. Immersion™ has separate deadlines: terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my course booking?
Yes, in writing. Costs and any refund depend on when you cancel. The deadlines and conditions, including for one-to-one tuition, are set out in our terms and conditions.
What does EduTrust™ offer?
If you are unhappy with the course content or teaching quality, EduTrust™ allows a free change to a comparable offer. Trial lessons are excluded. See the deadlines and conditions.
Work, content and further options
Can individuals book Business Chinese?
Yes. In one-to-one tuition, practise meetings, presentations, negotiations and customer conversations. You do not need to book a company course for a whole team.
Do you offer Chinese training for companies?
Yes, one to one or in a group, online or at your company. The content follows your needs, such as conversations, emails, calls and presentations. Chinese for companies.
Will I receive a certificate after my Chinese course?
Yes. You receive your personal Schneider course certificate free of charge. It documents your Chinese course and the topics covered.
