Self-study and a personal assessment conversation
You build the foundations through around 30–40 hours of self-study at your own pace, ideally spread over 4–6 weeks. In the personal assessment conversation, we clarify open questions and complete Part 1 together.

Information about the number of course sessions*
Each participant teaches two mini-lessons with structured feedback. The number and length of the practice sessions therefore depend on the final group size. Five course sessions are the standard plan; with three participants, one session is usually omitted, while groups of seven or eight generally have a sixth session.
